These are super sharp, lightweight and strong, however unlike my old pair of wilkinson sword loppers which I had for twenty five years they need to be opened very wide to accept branches. This is difficult when other branches etc are in the way. Added to this my arms are quite short and it is harder work to cut branches with my arms almost fully apart. Conclusion is that despite apparently being improved and better than my old ones, they are in fact more difficult to use!
