Q : Hi, I have quite an aquand garden and grassed areas with slopes and long grass in areas, do you think that this would cope with that type of garden. I am looking for something lightweight to use myself now that I am in my 60's. Many thanks, Ann.
A : Hi Ann, I'm afraid I'm not sure what you mean by an aquand garden, but in light of the second half of your question, it sounds like this mower may not be the ideal choice for you. The Fiskars Staysharp mowers are renowned for having excellent build quality, but as a result of that they are actually quite heavy compared to other similar machines. For instance a smaller hand push cylinder mower will usually weigh about 8kg, but the Staysharp Plus is around 20kg - they are excellent for flat lawns but if weight is a concern you might find it a bit too cumbersome, especially when tackling slopes.
Q : Is there a cuttings bag or box available with this mower?
A : Hi Mel, Fiskars manufacture a grass collector for the Staysharp Max (and it is available as a kit with this included, or as a separate accessory) - however they don't currently make one for the Staysharp Plus and by the looks of it it was not designed to be fitted with one.

This product carries a product lifetime manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship for the expected life of the product as defined by the manufacturer, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables.
