Very pleased with this product - does exactly as described. Brilliant at removing difficult weeds with very long roots; easy to use; blade usefully long; handle very comfortable; serrated edge of blade very useful. Altogether an excellent garden tool - every gardener should have one. Very good price. I highly recommend. Excellent customer service and very fast delivery. Thank you

Just received this item and had to add my comments. It is absolutely excellent quality. Everything about it is top class. I am really pleased with it. My other Fiskars items have also been very good. They seem to last a lifetime. I can highly recommend.

This product carries a product lifetime manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship for the expected life of the product as defined by the manufacturer, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design.
Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
We will exchange or refund within the first 30 days if a manufacturers fault is found with this product. Thereafter a repair or exchange as appropriate will be offered.
