Thank you to Tooled-up, who offer an excellent service. Great product for the price, very easy & light to use, great for my medium size garden. Battery is small, but not had any problems with it. Copes very well. Over all very pleased with my new mower.

The lawnmower itself is very light weight.The battery does however take a long time to charge fully- so if it runs out while you are in the middle of a job prepare for a couple of hours wait while you recharge The one serious complaint is the instructions particularly re the grass box. According to the pictured diagram 2 solid halves are joined to make one solid whole box. HOWEVER there was no bottom half sent. Instead I received a net-no instructions how to fix and also a metal U bar [approx 9"x&"] with turned ends. I still do not have a clue what it is and how it should be attached. The company is either incompetent or holds its customers in contempt by enclosing the wrong instructions. T M MOYLE PS If you cannot find the screws, washers etc on opening the box look in the battery compartment!!

Q : How do I adjust the cutting height. I cannot see any levers to allow me to do this.

Q : I bought a 24v greenworks battery lawnmower but cannot fix the grass box. The instructions and diagrams all show a solid grass box and the 4 screws/washers do not fit the current net grass Can I get the right box locally in Belfast
A : Hi Tony, I'm not sure if you bought this from us? As this machine is discontinued on our site and it looks like we sold our last remaining stock 6 months ago. We don't supply Greenworks spare parts but hopefully there is some contact info provided in the paperwork for resolving issues like this, or if not the retailer you purchased it from may be able to assist further.
Q : how many decibels is the mower?
A : Please note this model has been delisted and is no longer available. We don't have any noise figures on file for it but you may be able to get these from Greenworks if you try contacting them.
Q : What are the screws and washers for in the grass catcher section?
A : Hi John, this product has been delisted and is not something we stock any more. It sounds like they may be something to do with the grass catcher but you might have to contact Greenworks to see if they're able to supply any more documentation if you can't find any reference to them (it appears they made at least one revision to the grass catcher and possibly sent some of the mowers out without instructions on how to assemble it)
Q : Could anyone explain how to assemble the grass collector and I don't know how to connect the plastic top to the mesh bottom.
A : Hi Lesley, hopefully you received an instruction manual with diagrams for assembling the grass box (these are available on the Greenworks website if not) - however, from looking at a previous review it appears some customers have received a different type of grass collector with the machine and I can't see any relevant documentation for this, though the same reviewer provided some helpful info in that there may be some additional hardware stashed in the battery compartment on arrival, so there's a chance any missing components are in there? If not I'd suggest contacting Greenworks to see if they're able to supply the correct assembly instructions for the grass collector you've received.

A : This machine does not have a mulching function or a rear roller

This product carries a full 3 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables.
