Makita KT001G 40v Max XGT Cordless Kettle
The Makita KT001G complete kit includes everything needed to start boiling water on site immediately, featuring the cordless kettle, two 2.5Ah XGT batteries, and the DC40RA fast charger. This comprehensive package is perfect for professionals new to the Makita XGT system or those wanting a dedicated power solution for their kettle.
The dual layer construction with inner stainless steel and outer plastic layer ensures excellent heat retention whilst keeping the exterior cool. With 0.8 litre capacity, it boils water in approximately 8-9 minutes. The kettle sits on a power supply stand and transfers easily using the carrying handle, whilst comprehensive safety features including anti-spill lock, boil-dry protection, and automatic shut-off provide peace of mind on busy jobsites.

Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.
