The Everbuild Overlap and Border Adhesive is a high-strength, ready-mixed paste designed for hanging wallpaper borders, including vinyl types, and repairing damaged wallpaper sections. This versatile adhesive bonds effectively to all common papers as well as gloss and emulsioned wall surfaces, making it ideal for professional decorators and competent DIY users tackling border installation or wallpaper repairs.

Formulated with high initial tack, this border adhesive delivers quick bonding whilst still allowing sufficient working time for accurate repositioning. The ready-mixed formula eliminates preparation time, and the inclusion of a powerful fungicide prevents mould growth during the curing process, ensuring long-lasting results in both domestic and commercial applications.

The adhesive is particularly effective for hanging decorative borders on vinyl wallpaper (after gentle scoring), adhering overlapping seams, and carrying out repairs to torn or damaged wallpaper sections. Suitable for use on porous and non-porous surfaces, it provides reliable adhesion when surface preparation guidelines are followed.

Application is straightforward: ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from loose material. For borders, apply adhesive evenly across the back, position carefully and smooth down with a sponge or cloth. For overlap repairs, apply to the substrate and press firmly into place, wiping away excess immediately with a damp cloth.
