The Everbuild Puraflex 25 is a one-part polyurethane sealant designed for construction expansion and dilation joints across a wide range of building applications. This low modulus industrial sealant adheres to most common building surfaces including concrete, ceramics, wood, metal and uPVC, making it a versatile choice for construction professionals.

Based on advanced polyurethane technology, this solvent-free and odourless sealant is ideal for both vertical and horizontal expansion joints in brickwork, stone and concrete structures. It performs reliably in demanding applications such as pointing around timber window and door frames, sealing roofline applications, and jointing pre-cast concrete panels.

The formulation is certified non-staining on marble to both ISO 16938-1 and ASTM C 1248 standards, making it suitable for premium stonework installations. This professional-grade sealant conforms to EN 15651-1 type FEXT-INT CC Class F25LM, ISO 11600 F25LM, and ASTM C920 Class 100/50, ensuring it meets rigorous international construction standards for both interior and exterior applications.
