Trend CRAFTPRO Bench Stone Double Sided

The Trend CRAFTPRO Bench Stone is a double-sided diamond whetstone designed for professional sharpening and honing of hand tools, measuring 6 inches x 2 3/8 inches (approximately 152mm x 60mm).

Constructed with monocrystalline diamonds, the bench stone delivers fast, clean stock removal on both sides. The coarse 360 grit side (nominally 40 microns) is solid diamond and particularly well-suited to carpentry work — ideal for rapidly restoring damaged edges or bringing blunt chisels and plane irons back into working condition.

The fine 600 grit side (nominally 25 microns) features an oval-hole design to collect and retain metal residue during use, with a clear solid area reserved for working on smaller tools. This side is well-suited to cabinet making, producing refined cutting edges on chisels, small knives, and similar hand tools.

The stone is supplied with a plastic base, non-slip feet, and a protective lid, making it practical for both site and workshop use. Trend recommends using it with Trend lapping fluid to prevent clogging and rusting, and to keep tools clean during the sharpening process.
