Trend KWJ700 Kitchen Worktop Jig

The Trend KWJ700 Kitchen Worktop Jig is a professional-grade routing jig designed for accurate, repeatable worktop jointing on worktops up to 700mm wide and 40mm thick.

Manufactured from CNC-machined Compact Grade High Pressure Laminate at 12mm thick, this jig is built to withstand the demands of daily trade use. It cuts both parts of the joint in approximately 15 minutes including setting up, making it a practical solution for kitchen fitters working to tight schedules.

The KWJ700 supports an extensive range of joint types and configurations, including left and right hand corners, a 400mm radius peninsular joint, 45-degree end cuts, a 45-degree trade corner solution for hob units, 100mm and 40mm radius corners, a 35mm kitchen door hole, and a 3/4 inch BSP hole for mixer taps.

Fixed width settings cover the most common worktop sizes from 250mm up to 700mm, and the jig accommodates worktops with or without an anti-drip postformed edge. Three open-ended dog bone-style bolt recesses accept 150mm bolts, with engraved lines also provided for 65mm bolts and worktop cross-cutting.

Setup is aided by 10mm ABS plastic pins with a tapered shoulder that provide a secure three-point pin contact, with engraved markings to identify the correct pin holes quickly and accurately.
