The ABUS 54TI/40HB63 TITALIUM™ Padlock features a 40mm lock body with an extra long shackle configuration, making it the ideal choice for applications requiring extended reach. This variant is particularly useful when securing items through thicker hasps, multiple loops, or where additional clearance is needed to accommodate bulkier fittings.

Constructed from TITALIUM™ aluminium alloy, this 40mm padlock delivers exceptional durability whilst maintaining a lightweight profile, using manufacturing techniques similar to aircraft construction. The hardened steel double locking shackle provides excellent resistance against saw attacks.
