The ABUS 65/40HB40 features a 40mm solid brass body with a long shackle, combining robust security with extended reach capability. This configuration is particularly beneficial when securing items requiring greater shackle clearance, such as thicker chains, gates with deeper frames, or applications where multiple items need to pass through the shackle. Suitable for securing valuables and goods of medium value, this padlock is ideal for chains, doors, gates, cupboards, lockers, toolboxes, cellar windows, sheds and switchboards.

The solid brass construction provides excellent corrosion resistance for outdoor use, whilst the hardened steel shackle with NANO PROTECT™ coating ensures enhanced durability.
