We bought this for the charging lead. We had already purchased one and delighted the charger fits the old one. It’s an excellent saw, for small branches . A bit of vibration if the branches are too thick, but very effective. Easy to hold and work. You have to buy the blades separately now, which we didn’t previously. Sign of the times I guess.

Purchased as present for my dad's birthday last week... I believe he has only briefly tried it out so far ...therefore unable to give complete feedback.... so far seems to be a good product! Purchased with the additional blade set.

Not really used it yet but in testing, it showed it will do what is needed for me in the garden as it's main purpose is to assist me due to my arthritis which I'm sure will do adequately.

I have used the saw on branches up to 3 1/2 in dia and it performs well. On the first use it soon ran out of charge, despite having been charged beforehand. The next time it seems to have held its charge much better ant it is still operating at full power after about a dozen cuts through 1 1/2 in branches. my only criticism is with the size of the handle. I find it difficult to press the trigger lock and simultaneously to reach the trigger with my small hands.

Arrived on time. i recharge after use on each occasion having read reviews of battery time and have not had a problem. tend to use it on small trees or shrubs that i am unable to cut with a light clippers. certainly not a substitute for a chain saw but has a place in my garden.

I won my keo saw in the tooled up competition. how wonderful to win and wonderful to win something that works! this is a fabulous piece of kit. we applied it to some old rose tree and it decimated it like a hot knife through butter! we have much trimming to do as things have got out of hand recently and it will be a pleasure instead of a difficult chore. how much better can it get. too early to tell on reliability but it does seem well built. It is a straight forward tool and hopefully will last a long while. Thank you tooled up, terrific pruner.

This is the pruning saw i have been dreaming of. lightweight, rechargeable and easy to use - on my first trial it took only a few minutes to get a large laurel bush under control. it cut through thick branches with ease. i am looking forward to pruning everything my o/h won't help me with. too early to comment on reliability, but if it is as good as my bosch lithium ion rechargeable hedgetrimmer, which i have used for two seasons, i shall be very pleased.

The worst thing about this saw is the vibration when using. okay for the odd branch, but prolonged use would be tiring

Q : Can I change lithium battery. Is not lasting for very long and is over 5 years old!
A : Hi Christine, the batteries for these aren't available as a standard retail product and I don't think they were intended to be user replaceable so your best bet is probably to contact Bosch to see if this is a service they can provide.
