Bosch PBS 75 A Belt Sander

The Bosch PBS 75 A is a corded belt sander designed for fast, efficient material removal across larger flat surfaces — ideal for carpenters, joiners, and contractors tackling preparation or restoration work.

Powered by a 710 W motor with a belt speed of 350 m/min, it delivers strong sanding performance on a wide range of materials including wood and metal, as well as paint and varnish removal. The 76 x 165 mm sanding surface provides good coverage, making it well suited to boards, panels, floors, and structural timber.

Handling is made straightforward by a removable auxiliary handle, giving you better control during extended use. The automatic belt-centring system keeps the 75 x 533 mm abrasive belt optimally positioned throughout operation, reducing interruptions and improving consistency across the workpiece.

A Microfilter dust box helps keep the working area cleaner and reduces airborne particles — an important consideration on site or in enclosed spaces. Aluminium construction adds robustness without excessive weight, and belts can be swapped quickly when switching between grits. The tool ships with a K 80 sanding belt included.
