Expensive, but a good quality tool that is easy to use and should last.
Very fast cutting and easy to use on any slates, i have had no problems with this slate cutter. I'm very happy with it.
Excellent tool, does exactly what it says on the tin!
Great tool for cutting & holing thin slates, useless when it comes to thicker slates. I have many pairs of these in bits, problems i found with these are, bending & snapping of top bit where punch comes through. Cutting blade retracts too far back after a while making the punch slip back through the hole, rendering useless. handle grips slip off. great idea but not quite there yet..
Good bit of kit, im roofing a welch slating roof and ive noticed when the slates are damp or wet the tool clogs up very easy then it doesnt open to vary well to punch the holes in the slate very well.
