Einhell TE-SM 8 L Dual Bevel Sliding Compound Mitre Saw 216mm

The TE-SM 8 L is a dual bevel sliding mitre saw which can cut through materials up to 305mm wide in a single pass. Intended for more ambitious DIY projects, it comes with two material supports, a workpiece clamp, 216mm saw blade and a dust bag which can instead be substituted with a dust hose for direct extraction into a suitable vacuum cleaner or dust extractor.

For quick and convenient alignment of the cutting line, the TE-SM 8 L has a laser guide and is fitted with snap-in position markers for cutting all the most commonly required angles. The head can be tilted up to 45° on the left or right and the turntable can be rotated up to 47° in either direction. To enable trenches and similar cuts, there is a depth stop which prevents the blade from descending all the way down and therefore allows grooves to be cut out by sliding it through the material.

The saw comes with a 48 tooth blade which can be easily changed thanks to an easily accessible spindle lock on the machine.
