Everbuild 409 Block Guard Paving Seal and Joint Stabiliser

The Everbuild 409 Block Guard Paving Seal and Joint Stabiliser is an acrylic-based sealing solution designed to protect block paving and mineral flags while locking jointing sand firmly in place.

Formulated with a clear-drying finish, it penetrates deeply into both the surface of pavers and the jointing sand beneath, curing by solvent evaporation to form a durable, long-lasting seal. This makes it well suited to driveways, pathways, and patio areas where surface integrity and a clean appearance are priorities.

The formula incorporates a powerful fungicide to actively inhibit the growth of mould, fungus, and weeds — a common problem on external paved surfaces in the UK climate. Once cured, the sealed surface is also easier to clean and maintain over time.

Suitable for use on block paved drives and pathways, natural stone patio areas, and cement-based flagstones, the 5-litre container provides practical coverage for both residential and light commercial applications.
