Last order date for Christmas
For courier delivery before Christmas, order in-stock items by 3:00 PM on Wednesday 23 December. If an item shows a longer despatch time, allow for that too; for several items, go by the longest.
Extended returns
Bought something between 1 November and 24 December 2026? You can return it until 15 January 2027, unused, in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Public purchases only, not business orders.

Areas with a surcharge
Couriers charge more for some areas, so delivery there costs more. The exact charge is shown in your basket once you enter your postcode.
Next-day delivery isn't available everywhere. Because of carrier restrictions, there are some UK locations where we can't offer next-day delivery.
Items that aren't in stock
Many other items can be ordered in for you, normally within a few days. The product page and your basket show the expected availability before you buy. If your order has several items, it is ready when the one with the longest lead time arrives.
