This little sander is powerful and comfortable to use, and i have had no problems making up sanding sheets either by cutting out from full sheets or off the roll - the clamps are secure and easy to use, and the metal punch works fine provided you align it with the holes in the base plate. Is seems well made for the money. downsides - the dust collection isn't great and the zip on the bag is fiddly - a hose connection facility would be useful but perhaps i am expecting too much for the price. also, the sander is quite noisy even when not being amplified by the workpiece.
