I orderd a Karcher jet washer but the main lance was leaking, so I contacted customer services and they responded quickly and after sending a photo/vid I have just received a replacement lance. their communications through out was exellent the price I paid was great and would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you all at Tooled up.

found item (M10 x 260mm coach bolts, qty 2) fairly easily, ordering process very easy, delivered 2 days later as indicated. Good price, though slight shame that so much is charged for p&p.

Having tried to get a Bosch lithium battery and charger locally and on Amazon for my hedge trimmer, I found Tooled-Up to be one of the few places that would deliver to Jersey. Although postage was expensive it arrived in just 2 days. Great service. Thank you.

I found Tooled-up to be exactly how they describe themselves, very efficient, My order was delivered very quickly, and the Brush cutter is very good but I think it would be better with handle bars instead fixed handles.

I had never heard of Tooled up until I was looking online for a Bosch combi drill of the other sellers I came across I found them to be them selling at the lowest price I decided to give them a try the item arrived quicker than expected although the item was not advertised with a case it arrived nearly packaged in a Bosch case as far as customer service goes I was extremely satisfied not only will I purchase from them in future I will recommend Tooled Up to friends and family I couldn't ask for more hence 5 Stars.
