took a while to come in stock but when I chased it the person on email was helpful. On the other hand the automated emails were confusing and unclear, I just did a click and collect for two items but I couldn't work out what those emails were telling me.

Excellent service. I needed a 1/4 collet for the Bosch Advanced Trim Router combo. It only comes with a 6 and 8mm collet. Seaching around there wasnt alot of choice to get a Bosch genuine part however the company website steered me to Tooled up. A couple of days later and it arrived.Lots of emails telling exactly where I was at in the process. Great service and competetive pricing.

The ordering/paying process online was very straightforward. There was a good selection of items to choose from. We paid for next day delivery. The item came on time and it was incredibly securely wrapped and padded out to prevent damage. It was in perfect condition, lovely quality with a 10 year guarantee and is getting a lot of use. We are very pleased with the whole purchase.
