I have the 36 v Black and Decker garden strummer and hedge cutter I also recently bought a battery lawn mower which is great for small areas I then realised that a faulty battery wrecked my charger so I needed to replace both In the past I had received a battery which was completely dead and I could not not return it I was concerned that this could happen again They reassured me that I my battery was faulty I would know this once I put it the charger and to photograph or video it and they would collect it an either replace it or refund Fortunately it was fine so no problem They only have one shop which is in Enfield and I live in Wales I would normally go into a shop buy a product and if there is a problem take it back I could not find another shop that sells them. Well done Tooled Up

What An Excellent Service, a Quality Tool At A Very Competitive Price, although next day delivery was a little expensive, It Was Worthwhile. Hopefully I Won’t Need To Many More Tools At My Age (75) But If I Do I Will Definitely Order From Tooled-Up.

I ordered a hedge trimmer which I believed from the website would be delivered in a couple of days. Six days later I was about to call them to find out what was happening with the order when I received an email saying it was being 'picked at the warehouse.' It was then dispatched and arrived the following day.
