I ordered a Pole Hedge trimmer bare unit from this company, and the product arrived well packed and in good condition. Communication from the company on the progress of my order was very good, letting me know when it had been picked and then dispatched. I used the standard service for the delivery of this and it arrived within three days.

I needed a replacement battery charger for my Stanley FatMax drills FMC 608 Ordered one from Wicks, it didn’t fit, phoned Stanley helpline, they me the address off local supplier that didn’t exist. AI search revealed that a Black and Decker charger would do. It looks the same but I had to remove a raised location lug on the batteries to make it fit, now it works; 3rd time lucky.
