Liberon Natural Finish Floor Varnish

The Liberon Natural Finish Floor Varnish is a water-based, hard-wearing varnish designed for interior wooden flooring applications. This professional-grade floor varnish is suitable for both softwood and hardwood floors, delivering a durable protective finish that maintains the natural appearance and feel of the timber.

Formulated with a quick-drying, non-yellowing composition, this varnish significantly reduces the orange effect commonly seen on softwood floors treated with traditional finishes. The water-based formula offers low VOC content, making it a more environmentally considerate choice for interior applications. When applied to dyed wood, it enhances colour depth whilst providing excellent resistance to scratches and stains.

This floor varnish is particularly well-suited for flooring contractors, joiners and furniture makers working on interior timber projects. The product has earned EN71 Part 3 approval, making it safe for use on toys and children's furniture, and carries endorsement from the Guild of Master Craftsmen. Available in matt, satin and waxed effect finishes, it offers coverage of 10-12m² per litre with a minimum drying time of 2 hours, and can be applied by brush or roller.
