Makita DVP180Z 18v LXT Cordless Vacuum Pump

The Makita 18v DVP180Z vacuum pump has been designed for the air conditioning industry where a powerful and compact vacuum pump will prove beneficial for servicing air conditioning systems in vehicles, the refrigeration industry, offices, hotels, hospitals and schools. It removes all air from refrigerant tubing to create a vacuum environment before the tubing is charged with refrigerant gas.

When powered by a Makita 18v 5.0Ah Lithium-Ion battery, a 50 minute run time will prove invaluable alongside the compact mobility of this cordless vacuum pump against the traditional mains powered, heavy and bulky pumps traditionally used by servicing technicians.

The DVP180Z is an oil rotary vane type, single stage pump that will produce an ultimate vacuum of 20 pascals of negative pressure with a 50 litre/minute extraction flow rate. The motor will run up to 3,840 rpm. The pump has a 115ml oil capacity and sophisticated valve system to prevent oil loss and back flow.

Weighing just 3.5kg this vacuum pump has the traditional 5/16” inlet port conveniently positioned on the body housing and can easily be carried by the top handle making it ideal for less accessible air conditioning system operations.
