Pica Dry Carpenters Pencil

The Pica Dry Carpenters Pencil is a professional construction marker designed for tradespeople who need reliable, precise marking across a wide range of surfaces and conditions.

Unlike a standard carpenters pencil, the Pica Dry uses a push-button mechanical mechanism to advance the lead through a stainless steel tube — eliminating the need to carry a separate sharpener on site. The integrated patented sharpener built into the quiver cap means you're always ready to mark with a clean, accurate line, whether you're working on timber, masonry, or sheet materials.

The 2B graphite lead performs consistently on dry or wet, glossy or rough, dusty or oily surfaces — making it equally at home in carpentry, joinery, and general construction work. For tradespeople working on darker or more demanding substrates, coloured and water-soluble leads are available separately, allowing you to adapt the marker to the job.

Refilling is straightforward via the back end of the barrel, and the durable construction means this is a tool built for long-term, repeated use rather than single-site disposal. The clip on the quiver cap allows secure, one-handed attachment and removal, keeping the pencil accessible throughout the working day.
