The Q Max 10mm Sheet Metal Hole Punch is ideal for creating smaller diameter holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. This compact size is particularly useful for electrical conduit work, small cable entries, and precision metalworking applications where a 10mm aperture is required.
Engineered with heat-treated cutting edges and a black anti-corrosive surface finish, this punch delivers clean, burr-free holes that need no additional finishing. The special load distribution design ensures smooth cutting action, reducing operator fatigue during repetitive tasks.
This size utilises a standard configuration with the thread on the hexagonal screw. Operation is straightforward: thread the punch onto the hexagonal screw, pass through a pilot hole, position the die on the die nut, and turn using a 5mm hexagonal key. The mechanism pulls the punch cleanly through the metal for professional results every time.
