Q Max Sheet Metal Hole Punch Metric
The Q Max 20.4mm Sheet Metal Hole Punch is designed for creating larger diameter holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. This specific size is particularly useful for specialized electrical installations, larger mounting fixtures, and applications requiring precise 20.4mm apertures.
Built with heat-treated cutting edges and a protective black anti-corrosive finish, this punch delivers consistently clean, burr-free holes. The special design ensures even load distribution during cutting, providing smooth operation and professional results with reduced operator effort.
This larger punch features the modified configuration with the thread in the punch body itself, eliminating the die nut component for a more streamlined operation. The simplified assembly makes setup quicker and more straightforward. An 8mm hexagonal wrench (MB type) is required to turn the mechanism and draw the punch through the metal.
