Q Max Sheet Metal Hole Punch Metric
The Q Max 31mm Sheet Metal Hole Punch is designed for creating substantial apertures in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. This size is particularly useful for larger electrical installations, sizeable mounting applications, and specialized work requiring a 31mm hole diameter.
Engineered with heat-treated cutting edges and a black anti-corrosive finish, this punch delivers clean, burr-free holes consistently. The special design distributes cutting load evenly, ensuring smooth operation and reducing operator fatigue during demanding or repetitive cutting tasks.
This larger punch utilizes the modified configuration with the thread located in the punch body itself, eliminating the need for a die nut. This streamlined design simplifies setup and speeds up operation significantly. An 8mm hexagonal wrench (MB type) is required to turn the mechanism and draw the punch cleanly through the metal for professional results every time.
