The Q Max 32.5mm Sheet Metal Hole Punch provides excellent capability for creating larger diameter holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. This substantial size is ideal for sizeable cable glands, larger conduit installations, and various applications requiring a 32.5mm aperture.
Featuring heat-treated cutting edges with a black anti-corrosive surface finish, this punch consistently produces clean, burr-free holes. The special load distribution design ensures smooth, even cutting action, making operation efficient even when working with tougher materials within the 16 gauge range.
At 32.5mm, this punch uses the simplified larger-size configuration with threading in the punch itself, eliminating the die nut for streamlined operation. Notably, this size marks a transition point in the range, requiring a 10mm hexagonal wrench (MC type) to operate the mechanism, reflecting the increased torque requirements for this larger cutting diameter.
