Q Max Sheet Metal Hole Punch Metric
The Q Max 64mm Sheet Metal Hole Punch provides robust cutting performance for substantial apertures in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. This larger size is ideal for sizeable electrical installations, substantial mounting hardware, and applications requiring a 64mm hole diameter.
Built with heat-treated cutting edges and a protective black anti-corrosive surface finish, this punch delivers consistently clean, burr-free holes. The special load distribution design reduces cutting effort whilst ensuring smooth, even operation across repeated applications, making it suitable for demanding workshop and on-site use.
This larger punch features the modified configuration with the thread in the punch body itself, eliminating the need for a die nut. The simplified assembly makes setup faster and operation more efficient. A 14mm hexagonal wrench (ME type) is required to turn the mechanism and draw the punch cleanly through the metal, providing adequate torque for professional results.
