Q Max Sheet Metal Hole Punch Metric
The Q Max 76.5mm Sheet Metal Hole Punch is the largest model in the range, designed for creating substantial apertures in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. This maximum-size punch is ideal for large electrical installations, substantial mounting applications, and specialized work requiring a 76.5mm hole diameter.
Engineered with heat-treated cutting edges and a protective black anti-corrosive surface finish, this punch delivers clean, burr-free holes consistently. The special load distribution design ensures smooth operation and reduces operator fatigue during demanding cutting tasks on tougher materials.
This larger punch utilizes the modified configuration with the thread located in the punch body itself, eliminating the need for a die nut. This streamlined design simplifies setup and speeds up operation. A 14mm hexagonal wrench (ME type) is required to turn the mechanism and draw the punch cleanly through the metal for professional results every time.
