I needed a good quality mask following my lung transplant as i wanted to continue coppicing and logging. This one has been great. Giving it the hanky test showed that no sawdust was getting through for me to inhale. no hesitation in recommending.

I've been using this respirator while sanding down some old furniture and its been excellent at keeping horrid old varnish dust and such out of my nose and is comfortable to wear for several hours. The only weak point so far has been the strap pulling through the catch at the back (although this is easily fixed by tying knots at the ends of he strap). overall i'd highly recommend this, especially over disposable masks, any day.

Works well and is comfortable to wear, once you've managed to get the filter cartridges onto the mask....Doing that was very frustrating, until i discovered that you need to press the cartridges onto the mask very firmly indeed, before you can turn the cartridges to lock them on.
