Spax A2 Stainless Steel Washer Head Torx Wood Construction Screws
This variant of the SPAX A2 Stainless Steel Washer Head Torx Wood Construction Screw is sized at 6mm diameter x 80mm length, supplied in a pack of 100. The 6mm x 80mm configuration is an extremely popular and practical size for a wide variety of outdoor timber applications — from decking and cladding installation to assembling playground structures and garden bridges — offering a reliable fixing depth in a slim, manageable profile.
The patented SPAX Cut Head ensures the washer head countersinks cleanly and flush thanks to ground serrations and countersink ribs that work with the material rather than against it. The 4CUT point pushes wood fibres aside to prevent splitting, and the Wirox surface coating provides robust outdoor corrosion protection that is free from chromium-VI.
Features and Benefits:
• Patented SPAX Cut Head with serrations and countersink ribs for split-free driving
• Washer head delivers a flush, professional finish and enhanced beam-supporting forces
• 4CUT point reduces splitting effect and lowers screwing-in torque
• Wirox coating offers high corrosion resistance, free from chromium-VI
• Hard synthetic coating for easy driving
• Deeper recess in screw head for stronger bit hold
