Because of the snow the deliver was not the usual high speed. Spear & jackson never bend stainless steel 3 piece hand weedfork & trowel gift set i have bought quite a few items from (tooled-up) and they have never let me down yet

Only recently receivied set but first impressions are of excellent quality and well designed. I have previously owned similar items by s+j and they were excellent hence this purchase.

Appear to be excellent in every aspect but time will tell regarding reliability.

The name of this product probably contravenes the trade descriptions act as all three have continually bent while being used. The larger of the hand trowels has actually broken at the join between shaft and spade. This was while being used by slim female friend at the time so can not be down to male heavy handedness. This is not a "one off" faulty item as i bought two sets at the same time, one for my home and one for a different address and user, and both sets have bent contrary to their description.
