Timco Wafer Torx Head Index Heavy Duty Wood Screws

This variant of the Timco Wafer Torx Head Index Heavy Duty Wood Screw is supplied as a 6.7mm diameter x 175mm length, pack of 50. The 175mm length provides a good fixing depth for medium-to-heavy timber connections, making it an excellent all-round choice for applications such as decking boards, fence panels, and garden structures where both strength and corrosion resistance are required.

The wafer head ensures improved clamping with a low-profile finish, and the patented multi-layer corrosion resistant coating is rated to 1,000 hours salt spray resistance per BS EN 9227:2012, giving confidence in external and exposed settings.

Features and Benefits:
• Withstands up to 1,000 hours salt spray resistance to BS EN 9227:2012
• Helix shank removes debris and improves clamping
• 50° deep single thread for secure fixing and high pull-out resistance
• Single slash point reduces torque and risk of timber splitting at low edge distance
