Trend Acrylic Spiral Upcut Router Cutter
This Trend Acrylic Spiral Upcut Router Cutter features a 6.35mm (1/4") cutting diameter with a 19mm cut length and a 1/4" shank, making it an ideal choice for wider routing passes through acrylic and plastic sheet materials. At 6.35mm, this cutter is particularly well suited to slotting, profiling, and pocket routing where a broader cut width is required in a single pass, improving efficiency on larger workpieces.
The up-cut helical flute design pulls chips and swarf upwards and clear of the cut zone, reducing friction and heat — both of which can cause acrylic to melt or leave a rough edge. The outcome is a consistently super-fine finish with excellent edge clarity.
