Trend Bearing Guided Housing Router Cutter
This Trend Bearing Guided Housing Router Cutter features a 38.1mm (1½") diameter cut with a 16mm cut length and a 1/4" shank, making it the largest in the range and well suited to wider housings and more substantial tenon joints. The generous cutting diameter covers more material per pass, reducing the number of passes needed and improving efficiency on larger workpieces.
The bearing guide tracks precisely along a template for repeatable accuracy across multiple cuts. Remember that your template should be at least 5mm thicker than the 16mm cut length to ensure correct bearing engagement throughout the cut.
