This variant of the Trend Bearing Guided Intumescent Recess Router Cutter features a 10mm cut length, making it the right choice for routing grooves to accept narrower 10mm wide intumescent strip. With a 40mm cutter diameter and 1/2" shank, it delivers the same professional performance in a configuration suited to slimmer strip profiles.
The bearing guide ensures accurate positioning against the workpiece, while the 4mm rebate provides the correct depth for standard intumescent strip. Where different strip thicknesses are required, alternative bearings can be fitted with ease.
