Trend Bearing Guided Template Profiler Router Cutter
This Trend Bearing Guided Template Profiler features a 25.4mm cutting diameter and an impressive 45mm cut length on a 1/2" shank, making it an excellent choice for deeper profiling and rebating work where greater cutting depth is needed. The 1/2" shank provides the power and stability required for this more substantial cut.
Suitable for use with a router mounted above or below a table, the shank-mounted bearing ensures accurate template following for consistent, professional results in timber, laminate, and wood-based materials. Perfect for replicating thicker components or carrying out deep rebating operations with templates. Leave a 3mm maximum overlap before trimming, and note this cutter is not suitable for plunge cutting or grooving.
