Trend Bearing Guided Template Profiler Router Cutter
This Trend Bearing Guided Template Profiler features a 19mm cutting diameter and a generous 50mm cut length on a 1/2" shank, making it one of the deepest-cutting options in the range and ideal for profiling and rebating thicker workpieces. The 1/2" shank ensures excellent stability and control throughout the cut.
The shank-mounted bearing provides clear visibility of the template and guides the cutter accurately whether your router is mounted above or below the table. Well suited to timber, laminate, and wood-based materials, this variant is perfect for template work requiring significant cutting depth. Leave a 3mm maximum overlap before trimming, and note this cutter is not suitable for plunge cutting or grooving.
