Trend Bearing Guided Trimmer Router Cutter
This variant offers a 12.7mm cutting diameter and 50mm cut length on a 1/2in shank, providing one of the longest cutting depths in the range for trimming thick plastic laminates and plywood overlays. The extended cut length is particularly valuable when working with deeper or multi-layer overlay materials that require full-depth trimming in a single pass.
The self-guiding bearing follows a template or the base edge of a board accurately. Leave a maximum 3mm overlap before copy profiling, and ensure plastic laminate adhesive is fully dry before trimming to prevent bearing clogging.
