Trend Bearing Guided Variable Kerf Groover
The Trend Bearing Guided Variable Kerf Groover is a precision routing tool designed for cutting accurate grooves in timber and sheet materials. The bearing-guided design ensures consistent, controlled cutting along edges and surfaces, making it ideal for joinery, cabinetwork, and general woodworking applications.
What sets this tool apart is its variable kerf capability — grooves can be precisely adjusted in 0.1mm increments by re-assembling the cutter with the supplied shims and spacers inserted between the groovers. This flexibility makes it exceptionally versatile for achieving exact groove widths without the need for multiple dedicated cutters.
Fitted with a 1/2" shank, this groover is compatible with all standard router tables and handheld routers accepting 1/2" collets. Available with a cut length of 5mm or 9mm to suit different grooving requirements.
