The Trend CRAFTPRO Aluminium and Plastic Cutting Saw Blade in 216mm diameter, 64-tooth configuration with a 30mm bore is sized for 8½-inch mitre saws, offering reliable professional-quality cutting of aluminium profiles and plastics.
With a 2.8mm kerf and 1.9mm plate thickness, this blade delivers a clean, controlled cut in non-ferrous alloys and UPVC. TCP (Triple Chip Profile) tungsten carbide tips are silver brazed to the precision ground alloy steel plate and hardened body for consistent performance and longevity.
The reamed bore ensures a precise fit to the spindle for minimal vibration and improved cut accuracy. Laser etched to EN847-1/2 European standard for full traceability. Use Trendiwax cutting lubricant when cutting alloys, wear gloves, and clamp material securely before cutting.
