Trend Large Bearing Guided Panel Raiser Router Cutter

The Trend Large Bearing Guided Panel Raiser Router Cutter is a heavy-duty raised panel moulding bit designed to machine traditional raised panels and frame doors using a fixed-position router.

Traditionally the domain of spindle moulders, this type of work can now be carried out using heavy-duty routers mounted in either overhead or inverted positions. This cutter is engineered to run at lower speeds, which is recommended for optimal performance and a clean, consistent profile.

Compatible with both natural timber and MDF, it is well suited to cabinet making, door construction, and traditional joinery applications. The 15° angle produces a classic raised panel profile, and the bearing guidance system ensures accurate, repeatable results against the workpiece edge.

This cutter is designed for use with the Trend PSC/5 profile scriber, making it straightforward to achieve perfectly matched stile, rail, and panel combinations. It is also available as part of the PDS/5 set for a complete door-making solution. The 1/2" shank is suitable for medium and heavy-duty routers only.
