Trend Large Bevel Panel Raiser Router Cutter

This Trend Large Bevel Panel Raiser Router Cutter features a 50mm diameter cut, 17mm cut length, and 1/2" shank, offering a slightly smaller profile suited to more refined panel moulding and narrower frame-and-panel door sections.

With a 10° bevel angle, this cutter produces a subtler, more contemporary raised panel profile. It runs best between 12,000 and 18,000 RPM and matches Trend's range of profile scribers for a seamless joint. Suitable for both natural timber and MDF.

For best results when joining sections to create solid wood panels, alternate the growth ring direction of adjacent boards to prevent cupping. Always cut across the end grain first — any breakout will be removed when cutting with the grain.
