Trend Large Step Ovolo Rounding Over Bearing Guided Router Cutter
This variant of the Trend Large Step Ovolo Rounding Over Bearing Guided Router Cutter features a 35mm cutting diameter, 16mm cut length, and 1/2" shank — delivering the same profile dimensions as the 1/4" version but with the added rigidity and vibration resistance of a larger shank, making it the preferred choice for use in router tables or more powerful handheld machines.
Supplied with alternative bearings to create a rounding over profile or two sizes of ovolo moulding. The smaller bearing gives a 3.2mm quirk for a crisp decorative finish. The 1/2" shank ensures a firm, stable connection and supports cleaner cuts, particularly during prolonged or repeated production runs.
