The Trend Lip and Spur Two Wing Machine Bit in 40mm diameter is the largest option in this range, making it well suited to applications requiring wide, clean bores — such as cable grommets, pipe pass-throughs, or larger fitment holes in panel materials.
With its two-wing, two-scriber configuration and central point, this 40mm bit delivers a precise, splinter-free entrance hole in particle boards and soft to medium density plastics. The tungsten carbide tipped construction stands up to repeated use, maintaining cutting performance across high-volume drilling operations.
For use in drilling machines only. Not suitable for hard dense materials such as laminate-covered board, phenolic Tufnol, Wareite, or GRP.
