Trend Mortise and Tenon Jig

The Trend Mortise and Tenon Jig is a precision router jig designed to cut accurate mortise and tenon joints and dowel joints using a portable plunge router.

CNC precision manufactured from high-quality plates and body components, this jig is built for repeatable accuracy. A single set-up covers both the mortise and tenon, ensuring perfectly fitting joints every time.

The jig handles mortise and tenon sizes from 6.35mm (¼ inch) to 15.9mm (? inch), with tenon width adjusted by selecting from the included guide bushes. Reversible templates allow you to produce either round or square end tenons, and the same templates can be used for accurate dowelling applications.

Fully adjustable for compound angle joints up to 45 degrees, this jig is well suited to cabinet making, chair construction, and table joinery. All tenons are cut using a ? inch diameter straight cutter (Ref. C026, sold separately). Note that a Unibase may be required for certain makes and models of router.
