The Trend Plastics and Engraving Mini Spiral Downcut Router Cutter in 3mm cutting diameter with a 25mm cut length is the longest-cutting variant in the range, making it the ideal choice when deeper passes or greater material thickness need to be accommodated. The extended 25mm cut length offers added versatility for more demanding CNC routing tasks.
Designed for use with CNC routers, this cutter is well suited to specialised applications such as signmaking and PRB (Plastic, Rubber and Board) machining. The down-cut spiral geometry presses material downward during the cut, preventing feathered or lifted edges on the top surface and delivering a clean, professional finish.
