Trend Pocket Hole Jig Standard

The Trend Pocket Hole Jig Standard is an all-metal pocket hole jig designed for drilling 9.5mm pocket hole joints in timber, MDF, plywood, and blockboard — suitable for both new builds and repair work.

Built for versatility, the jig features repositionable drilling guides that allow hole centres to be adjusted between 29mm and 63mm, providing stronger joints across a range of stock widths. Fixed height drilling guides accommodate material thicknesses from 16mm to 19mm, making it compatible with common plywood, MDF, and furniture board.

The jig can be bench-mounted for efficient batch work, or the removable drilling guides can be used independently for in-situ applications and hard-to-reach areas — a practical advantage when working on repairs or assembled furniture. An on-board adjustable clamp with quick-release mechanism and a secondary clamp position for wider stock keep set-up time to a minimum.

Full-length hardened drill guide bushes ensure accurate, repeatable drilling and extended service life, while woodchip relief holes help prevent clogging during use. A non-marring clamp pad protects the workpiece surface, and countersink screw positions allow the jig to be fixed to a baseboard for additional stability during batch production.
