This Trend Radius Bearing Guided Router Cutter features a 19mm diameter cut, 32mm cut length, and a 1/2" shank, making it the ideal choice for deeper routing tasks where greater material removal is required in a single pass. The longer 32mm cut length suits thicker workpieces, whilst the 1/2" shank provides enhanced stability and reduced vibration during use — particularly beneficial when working at extended depths.
The bearing diameter matches the cutter diameter at 19mm, ensuring accurate template following with a true radius profile. As with all variants in this range, the template used should be at least 5mm thicker than the cut length of the cutter.
