Trend Router Table Insert Plate

The Trend Router Table Insert Plate is a large, rigid insert plate designed for incorporation into user-made router tables, providing a stable and accurate mounting platform for your router.

Constructed from thermoset phenolic, the plate offers excellent rigidity and resistance to warping. It is moulded with a slight crown of 0.8mm, which compensates for any flex under load and helps ensure distortion-free cuts during routing operations.

The underside features concentric rings and radial lines to make centring your router straightforward and accurate. Two snap-in concentric rings offer three opening sizes — 98mm, 68mm, and 32mm diameter — allowing the aperture to be matched to your router bit and operation. Corner clips secure the plate firmly to the underside of the table.

The plate is designed to mount into 19mm worktops with an edge rebate of 6.35mm deep by 12.7mm wide. Note: the plate will require drilling by the user to suit the specific make and model of router being fitted, and any user-made router table will require appropriate safety device accessories.
