Trend STC Combined Spiral Up and Down Cut Router Cutter
The Trend STC Combined Spiral Up and Down Cut Router Cutter is a compression spiral cutter designed to deliver a clean, chip-free finish on both faces of solid timber in a single pass.
The single fluted compression spiral geometry works by combining an upcut and downcut action simultaneously, directing cutting forces inward towards the material. This eliminates the surface tearing that conventional straight or single-direction spiral bits can cause, making it particularly well suited for applications where both faces of the workpiece need to be presented cleanly.
Sized for use on 16mm boards, this cutter is ideal for edge trimming where finish quality matters. With a 6.35mm cutting diameter and 19mm cut length, it offers precise, controlled routing in solid timber.
